The purpose of phishing e-mails is to steal your identity and / or infect your computer with a virus. In these messages, you are asked for personal data, often inviting you to click on a link and directing you to websites or telephone numbers, where you are asked to provide your personal data. Often the link hides an attempt to infect your computer with a virus, after which your personal data will be immediately used for illegal purposes via Java and Adobe Flash.
If you receive an e-mail asking you to provide us with your credit card details or similar information, know that it does not come from Conbipel.
Conbipel asks for your account data only in response to your requests sent by e-mail or telephone or in case of doubts about an order you have placed. Conbipel may ask you for your bank details in case of problems with payments by phone or by email, but, in case of doubt, please contact our customer service.
We never ask you to reply to us through a link. If you receive an e-mail asking you to provide specific personal data through a link, do not reply or click on the link, but delete the message immediately.
All transactions are encrypted for your security.

An item is only reserved when the purchase has been concluded with payment. Items added to cart are stored for 60 days, but we cannot guarantee that they are always available. If an item is in high demand, it may be available when you save it to your cart, but out of stock once you get to the checkout page.
You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of payment. To do this, simply go to the "My orders" section of your personal profile, click on the order to be deleted, then on "Delete order" at the bottom of the page. It will no longer be possible to delete it afterwards.
All Conbipel campaigns are promoted through the conbipel.com website or through our official social media channels. Conbipel recommends that you read all legal disclaimers and clauses before entering online contests. In most cases, promotions have nothing to do with our brand. If you have provided your mobile number in response to an email advertising the possibility of winning a Conbipel gift card, if you are the victim of a similar action or if you are receiving unwanted text messages (SMS), please contact our customer service.
At home the cost is € 4.99 (free for everyone for purchases from € 60). The minimum order amounts to 10 euros.
The courier who will deliver your package is DHL.
If all the items you ordered are available, with standard shipping you will receive the package after 4/6 working days from shipment. During the high season and sales periods, delivery may be delayed.
In case of impossibility of delivery, following the attempt of the courier and the subsequent storage at the warehouse, the package will be returned to Conbipel.

Your return costs €5,99. You can return your items within 30 days from the order date as by Conbipel procedure. The refund will be on the same payment method used to pay the order and will be reduced by the cost of the return.

If you placed your order as a registered customer, you will need to log in by entering your credentials and, in "My Orders" section, you can select the order for the article/s you want to return If you made it as a "guest", you have to access the "Verify your order> Check order" section
Once selected, the order will open with all its details and at the bottom of the page you will find the "Request Return" button
The button will open the details of the products related to that order you want to return. Select the quantity and the reason for the return and then click on "Confirm Return
A return confirmation screen will appear. Click on "Generate return sheet"
The system will generate a return sheet which you will need to insert inside the package
Now close your package and put the pre-printed adhesive label that we sent you on top of package
You can now deliver your return to a DHL location
You will receive an email when we have refunded your return, within 14 working days of the arrival of your package at our warehouses
It is not possible to make more than one return per order. Items belonging to the same order cannot be returned at different times.
