On the website www.conbipel.com you can pay by credit, prepaid, PayPal and cash on delivery cards.

We accept credit cards with the Mastercard or Visa symbol (we do not accept American Express cards). If the credit card transaction is authorized, the total amount of the purchase will be reserved immediately and you will receive the order confirmation to your e-mail address mail.The amount will be charged only when your order is shipped or collected in store.Conbipel guarantees maximum security of your data. 2. Open the page of the item you are interested in
3. Find the "Availability in store" button on the product page (if the item is sold out in store or only available online, the button "Availability in store" will be gray).
4. Select "Store Availability
5. Search with text or open the map to see if items are available in stores in a specific area, in a city or in a specific store.
6. View a list or open a map of all the stores that have that item in stock. Here you can also see what sizes are available for each store, as well as the opening hours and address.
7. Remember that the stock shown is only an estimate. Stop by or contact the store to check actual availability. Happy shopping!

For Standard Shipping: Only persons aged 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, with an address in Italy and subject to VAT, can place an order, excluding postal codes 47890, 47891, 47892, 47893 , 47894, 47895, 47896, 47897, 47898, 47899, 00120.

At home the cost is €4.99 (free for everyone for purchases starting from €50). It's free in store.

In Italy we collaborate with SDA in case of orders with electronic payments and with Bartolini for cash on delivery payments.

If all the items you ordered are available, with Standard Shipping you will receive the package 4/6 working days after shipment. During high season and sales periods, delivery may be delayed. Items from the same order may arrive in one or two shipments.

In case of impossibility of delivery, following the courier's attempt and subsequent storage at the warehouse, the package will be returned to Conbipel.

When we ship your package, the designated courier will send you delivery information. If you do not receive the communication, you can contact our Customer Service

If the purchase did not meet your expectations, you can make a return within 30 days from the order date, according to the methods established by Conbipel. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to place the order.

You can make the return by choosing one of these two methods: -RETURN IN STORE (not franchising), ALWAYS FREE. All you have to do is deliver the items to be returned to the store, bringing with you the DDT (transport document) or a copy of the email confirming your order. In this case you will NOT have to start any online procedures. - RETURNED VIA ITALIAN POST. The cost for each return request is 5.99 EUR, which will be deducted from your refund. In case of shipping you will first have to request the return online from your profile as follows:
1. If you placed the order as a registered customer you will have to log in by entering your credentials and, in the "My Orders" section you will be able to select the order for which you want to return
2. If you placed it as a "guest" you will be able to access the "Check your order > Check order" section
3. Once selected, the order will open with all its details and at the bottom of the page you will find the "Request Return" button
4. The button will open the details of the products relating to that order that you want to return. Select the quantity and reason for the return and then click on “Confirm Return”
5. A screen will appear with confirmation of the return. Click on “Generate return sheet”
6. The system will generate a return sheet which you will have to insert inside the package.
7.You can now affix the Crono Reverse adhesive label that you will find in the order to the package and deliver your return to a Post Office, a Poste Locker, a Poste Point or call the SDA toll-free number (803.160 , from landlines, 06.4526.3160 ​​from landlines and mobiles, active from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00) by arranging collection from your home with the courier.
8. You will receive a notification email when we have refunded your return, within 14 working days of the arrival of your package at our warehouses.

The cost for each return request is 5.99 EUR, which will be deducted from your refund. You can make the return as follows:

7. Close your package now and wait for the courier to arrive who will attach the shipping label and collect your return.
8.You will receive a notification email when we have refunded your return, within 14 working days of the arrival of your package at our warehouses. It is not possible to make more than one return per order. Items belonging to the same order cannot be returned at different times. If you have received your order in two shipments, you will have to make the return in a single solution by placing all the items in a single package and with a single label.
